Returns

Not the right fit? No problem. SMBL accepts returns on purchases made at the-smbl.co at any time — free of charge. No return shipping fee, ever.

To Return an Item

  • Visit our Return Center and enter your order number and email.
  • Your free return label will be emailed to you along with an RA slip to include in your package.
  • If returning multiple orders, please process each separately.
  • You'll receive email confirmation when your return is received and again when your refund is processed.
  • Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your return and refund to be processed after receipt.

 

 

Exchanges

Want a different size or style? Easy.

  • Visit our Return Center to initiate an exchange.
  • Your new order ships as soon as your return package is scanned at the drop-off location.
  • You have 7 days from initiating your exchange to drop off your return, or the exchange order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.
  • If your exchange item is a higher price, you'll be prompted to pay the difference. If it's lower, you'll be credited the amount.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags and original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
