Chest

Relax your arms at your sides. Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level across your back.

Waist

Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, typically just above the navel. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Hip

Stand relaxed with feet shoulder-width apart. Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.

Sleeve Length

With your elbow bent, measure from the center back of your neck, across your shoulder, down to your elbow, and then to your wrist.

Front Length

Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, at the base of the neck, straight down to where you want the hem to fall.

Inseam

Measure from the crotch seam straight down the inside of the leg to the bottom of the hem. For shorts, this is the finished length of the inner leg.

Why We made This Hat

Most performance hats are built for one thing. Run in it, and you're fine. Wear it on the water, throw it in a bag, put it in the wash — and it starts to fall apart. The bill warps. The color bleeds. The structure gives out. We made the CORE Performance Hat because the day rarely fits one category. It starts with a run and ends on a boat. It's sun in the morning and wind by afternoon. We needed a hat that didn't ask you to plan around it — one you reach for without thinking, and it handles whatever you don't.

The High Tenacity Poly Difference

Not all performance fabrics are the same. High-tenacity polyester is built at a fiber level for strength and dimensional stability — it resists the UV degradation, chlorine fade, and structural breakdown that ends most hats before their time. The laser-cut ventilation panels aren't aesthetic — they're functional geometry, opening airflow exactly where heat accumulates under sustained effort. No cardboard in the bill. No coatings that wash out. No special care instructions. Just a hat that gets used and holds up.

Built to Disapear

The details exist so you never have to think about them. The interior sweatband pulls moisture away before it registers. The laser-cut panels let heat out before it builds. The bill holds its shape — forward, backward, through water, through the wash — because there's no cardboard to fail. The hook-and-loop closure locks in and stays there. What you feel is nothing. Which is everything.
